Kako započeti sa radom na sebi / How to start working on yourself

Dobar dan drage naše ljepotice i ljepotani,
neki dan sam Vam pisala o radu na sebi, a jučer sam dobila jedno izvrsno pitanje- kako zapravo početi s radom na sebi?! Svi misle da je to nešto komplicirano,o svemu tome se razvijaju razno razne filozofije... Moram priznat da sam i ja u početku bila zbunjena, a onda sam shvatila da je odgovor na pitanje kako zapravo početi vrlo jednostavan -MEDITACIJOM!!! Svaki dan barem 5-10 minuta otiđite na neko mirno mjesto, zatvorite oči i samo dišite, opuštajte svoj um i tijelo. Možete raditi i neke vođene meditacije (objavila sam Vam linkove od svojih najdražih u prošlom postu). Ako ustrajete u meditaciji, kroz nju ćete dobiti odgovore kako i što dalje u radu na sebi. Samo slušajte sebe i vjerujte si. Sretno svima.

The other day I wrote you about the work on yourself, and yesterday I got a great question- how to actually start working on?! Everyone thinks it's something complicated and people develop a different philosophies ... I have to admit that I was confused at the beginning, but then I realized that the answer to the question of how to actually start is very simple -MEDITATION !!! Every day at least 5-10 minutes go to a quiet place, close your eyes and just breathe, relax your mind and body. You can do some guided meditation (I published links from my loved ones in my last post). If you persist in meditation, through it you will get answers to how and what further to do on working on yourself. Just listen to yourself and trust you. Good luck everyone.
